Send us a few photos and tell us what you’re working with. We’ll compare them against the colors we actually carry and recommend the best match. Most color matches are answered within an hour or two during business hours.

For the most accurate match:

  • Use natural daylight whenever possible
  • Skip filters and artificial lighting
  • Photograph the mid-lengths and ends of the hair you want us to match
  • Send more than one angle if your color has dimension

Tell us what you’re matching

The right shade can depend on both the hair and how you plan to use it. Along with your photos, tell us:

  • Product or install method — tapes, beaded wefts, Flex-Tips, I-Tips, clip-ins, braid or wrap hair, dreads, or something else
  • Human or synthetic hair
  • What we’re matching to — your natural hair, existing extensions, a wig, or something else
  • Where the color will be placed — a full head, underneath for dimension, around the face, blended through the ends, etc.

We don’t guess from a color number

A “4” isn’t necessarily the same color from one brand to another. Tone, warmth, depth, and dimension can all vary—and screens can shift color even more.

That’s why we don’t simply look at your photo and guess a shade number.

We compare what we see in your photos against the actual colors we carry before making a recommendation.

Want the closest possible match?

Photos work beautifully for most color matches. But when you need extra certainty—especially with dimensional, unusual, or existing extension colors—you can send us a physical hair sample.

We’ll place your sample next to the actual hair, photograph the options together, and send you the comparison.

Include:

  • A small snippet of hair or clean hair collected from your brush
  • The product or installation method you want
  • Your preferred length and texture
  • Your name and the best way to reach you

No trying to translate a color through two different screens. You’ll be able to see your hair and our closest match side by side.

Prefer to see it for yourself?

You can also order the hair and check the color in person.

If the shade isn’t right, return it within 30 days in original condition. You’re welcome to open the outer packaging so you can see and feel the hair—just leave all bindings intact.

Once the bindings have been removed, the hair is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
