Start with your shipping confirmation. As soon as your shipping label is created, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. Search your inbox for “Doctored Locks” and check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

Checked out as a guest? You won’t have an account for that order, so your shipping confirmation email is the easiest way to track it. If you can’t find it, we’re happy to look up your order for you.

When will it arrive? Orders placed on a business day are processed the same day, and most ship within 24 hours. Average transit time is 2–3 business days. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
