Price Adjustment Policies
If we (or a selected competitor) mark down the price of an item you've already purchased, we'll gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 14 days of your shipment date. Upon approval, your credit will be adjusted back to your original purchase method or store credit if your purchase method is no longer available.
To request a price adjustment before you purchase, use the price match guarantee button on any product page. Upon approval, a discount code will be sent to you via email.
Price match policies:
- The item must be identical in all ways including: brand, color, weight, quality, length, quantity and model number.
- The item must be in stock at a selected competitor and Doctored Locks.
- For price-matching considerations, all vendor websites must be based in the USA.
- We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers (or discount combinations).
- We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on items from outlet, flash sale, coupon offers, loyalty rewards, promo codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing,bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates, mail in offers, clearance, close-out, auction, club, or regional and non-U.S.-based retailers, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers.
- We do not price match due to competitor's typographical or other errors.
- Offers found on deal websites will be validated at the retailer’s primary website and must meet all other price match criteria.
- We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item.
- Price adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Sale, Extra Savings, Anniversary Sale, Daily Deals or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
- We do not process automated price matching or price adjustment requests generated by third-party services.
- We will only make one price adjustment per item.
- Goods originally purchased at a sale price are excluded from price adjustments.
- All price matching must be requested through our price matching portal and must contain a functioning link to the item on the competitor's website.
- Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item whenever possible. Store credit will be issued when the original payment method cannot be reached with our online systems (cash, offline payment method, expired payment connections).
- No rain checks will be issued for items out of stock to match a competitor's price.
