Order number (if this is a post-purchase adjustment), or anything else we should know.

Price match policy — please review before submitting

If we (or a selected competitor) mark down the price of an item you’ve already purchased, we’ll gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 14 days of your shipment date. Upon approval, a discount code or credit will be emailed to you.

To qualify:

  • The item must be identical in all ways — brand, color, weight, quality, length, quantity and model number.
  • The item must be in stock at both the competitor and Doctored Locks.
  • The competitor must be a U.S.-based retailer, with a functioning link to the item.

We do not price match:

  • Outlet, flash sale, clearance, close-out, auction, club, or marketplace / third-party seller prices.
  • Coupon offers, promo codes, loyalty rewards, credit card or gift card offers, financing, bundled offers, rebates, mail-in offers, or free-item promotions.
  • Order-level discounts, gift card promotions, shipping offers, or discount combinations.
  • Prices shown only after logging in, or Limited-Time Sale / Extra Savings / Anniversary Sale / Daily Deals pricing.
  • Competitor typographical or other pricing errors.
  • Items originally purchased at a sale price, or automated requests generated by third-party services.

We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s price and stock. We make one price adjustment per item, credited to your original payment method when possible (store credit otherwise). No rain checks are issued for out-of-stock items. See our full Price Adjustment Policies.
